Given the nature of our services, services provided by the International Institute Of Career Counseling and Guidance (IICCAG) are non-returnable.

Refunds are not provided for services that have been availed. However, if a client has made payment for a service but has not utilized it, our IICCAG customer service team will process a refund to the client’s registered bank account within 7 working days.
